All items will be shipped USPS 2 day priority mail. If you're having a ring resized before shipping please include two extra weeks before the item will be sent. When your item ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Caravan Gift Shop is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages. We ONLY ship items within the United States.
Return & Exchange Policy
Items purchased ONLINE from Caravan Gift Shop may be returned within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are returned unused — and in original condition. All returns require authorization and must accompany a return authorization number. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original ship date. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. YOUR RETURN WILL BE PUT ON A GIFT CARD to the Caravan Shop and mailed to you. We’ll send you an email once we have processed your return. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS!
Our Artisan Made Products
If you’ve shopped with us in person at our location in Ann Arbor, Michigan, you know that we specialize in one-of-a-kind, handmade items. We typically do not carry stock in the items we feature — so, as we tell our in-store customers, if you love it, get it now! Once it’s gone, there’s a good chance we can’t get another one :-)
In some cases, we can place special orders…depending on availability from our artists and designers. So if something is marked “sold out” just send us an email at and we can see about getting another for you! If it’s a hand-made item or an item that contains natural stones, please be aware that each piece will vary slightly — and that’s part of the beauty! All special orders must be processed through our brick and mortar store and will require a 50% deposit. The balance due (plus any shipping costs) must be paid prior to shipping.
