Therapeutic Heat Wrap can be used to relieve aches and pain caused my many, everyday problems including muscle pain and stiffness, lower back pain, headache, neck and shoulder pain, arthritis, muscle cramps, congestion, stomach ache, sore knees, ankles, feet and much more. The pillows are composed of natural cherry pits that have been sewn in the fabric and contain no medicine, sweeteners or chemicals. Cherry pits are from Michigan and wraps are hand made in Maryland. 
 
MATERIAL: 100% Cotton and Cherry Pits
 
DIRECTIONS: Place wraps in a microwave, heat on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Let stand in the microwave for 15 seconds. Repeat and use as often as you like. Do not place on a microwave rack - always place on a turning glass plate. 
 
Also can be placed in freezer and used as an ice pack. 
 
CLEANING: The best way to clean the pillows is to spot clean. You may machine wash and dry the pillows in a laundry bag. Do not overheat!
